Usually I style my accessories around my clothes, but here it was the other way round! I’m just so in love with my new Guess watch and Marc B bag, I had to let them be the centre of attention. They even dictated my outfit’s colour scheme – soft and bold blue tones with touches of brown. Quite a mute palette for my usual style, but maybe the grey weather was affecting my mood!
As you all know, I love a masculine watch. Maybe it’s because I have titchy wrists, so I think they toughen them up a bit, but there’s also something super hot about a girl wearing a chunky watch. I love the cool, casual attitude it suggests, especially when teamed with a shirt and jeans combo. The blue stripe design on this Guess one adds an extra sports-luxe feel. It wasn’t something I was sure I’d like when I first saw it, but as soon as I put it on I fell in love. The dash of blue works with so many outfits and just gives each look a little something extra. And how gorgeous is my Marc B Layla bag? The sandy colour is going to be perfect for summer styles (if the sun ever returns, that is. Come on, England!). It’s a great bag for when you’re on the go – big enough to fit all your essentials but not so big it’s a chore carrying around. The buckle clasp is pretty swish too. I just wish Marc B would make a backpack version! It’s the perfect shape for it.

I love bulky watches too. I have a chunky G Shock that I wear everyday. My wrists are TINY so it makes them look bigger lol

I’d never thought of wearing watches to counteract small wrists. My wrists are like – they make my small hands look gargantuan they’re so thin.
