BRISTOL BLACK AND BLUE
jacket: c/o Marc Cain | jeans: Zara | boots: Russell and Bromley | scarf: Topshop | watch: c/o Daniel Wellington
Last weekend Callum and I were in Bristol visiting friends for our annual Christmas get-together, and a little Sunday walk along the Clifton Suspension Bridge to shift all that turkey dinner just so happened to coincide with the bridge’s 150th anniversary. Being scared of heights, it’s always nerve-wracking for me to be up on the bridge, but focusing on posing for some photos actually took my mind off just how high up it is! As it was a super cold, windy day (hence all the unintentional hair-whipping) I dressed in my go-to winter outfit of black boots, ripped boyfriend jeans – mine are an old faithful from Zara, but you can find similar pairs here and here – and a snuggly coat.
The coat I’m wearing is another Marc Cain find. If it’s one thing Marc Cain do well, it’s coats. They are all so individually flawless. I just love the details on this one, with the sleek, textured black material, biker-style zips and faux fur trim on the collar and cuffs to keep the wind from biting. I’m not usually one to do up the zip at the front of my coats as I prefer a looser, more casual style, but this coat looks so chic and fitted when it’s zipped up. It’s definitely one of my new favourite pieces this winter along with my Daniel Wellington watch. Isn’t it a beauty? Their watches also make perfect Christmas presents if you’ve still got a few (or, like me, all! *sigh*) to get, and you can grab 15% off right now with the code ‘holidaynatasha’.
On that note, I’d better be off to do some Christmas shopping! Happy Wednesday kittens 🙂 x

Just slightly off topic but did you see the bridge from Observatory Hill as well – the view from there over the bridge looking back over the gorge towards the city is stunning especially on a clear day!
Pictures look awesome too (and sorry for going ever so slightly off topic but couldn’t resist! :D)
