1. Michael Spirito Swarovski and Mother of Pearl Tribal Necklace
2. Kapoeta by Ambica Tribal Earrings
3. Coyote Dangle Earrings
I’ve also had my eye on Isabel Marant’s feather earrings and Aztec beaded cuffs. I love the cool, boho vibe a few simple tribal accessories add to an outfit – as inspired by the beautiful Isabel Lucas shoot for Vogue a while back, and Project Runway’s Anya of course! It’s probably worth investing in one or two statement pieces though, as I’ve had tribal style jewellery in the past from cheaper retailers that has broken apart pretty quickly due to all the delicate feathers and beads involved. I also think it’s a style that can easily look tacky, so one or two investment pieces may be the way to go.

cardigan: Urban Outfitters, top: SuperTrash, bra top: ASOS, trousers: Ted Baker, scarf: French Connection, boots: Schuh, ear cuff: ASOS
If I could, I’d live in leather trousers. They add coolness to any outfit, and I love pairing them with tees and more feminine textures like this Supertrash silk top. Real leather is also great in any season as it’s surprisingly cooling in hot temperatures and warming in winter, so although they’re pricey they are a good investment. I scored these amazing Ted Baker real leather and jersey trousers for £30 in an amazing Selfridges sale last year. Insane!

1. Jeffrey Campbell Elegant Stud Loafers
2. Marc by Marc Jacobs Studded Platform Booties
3. Diesel Exposure Magnete Metal Stud Lace Ups
Obsessed with everything studs right now – studded jackets, studded bags – and studded shoes are one of the easiest ways to edge up an outfit. I usually think of studded shoes as boots, but Topshop have spiked up flats with their now everywhere Vectra3 flats. I’m also surprised by how much I love these Diesel trainers. They could have gone a bit too bling but the colours and materials have kept them cool.

It’s great to see Karlie doing something a bit more youthful after her Mario Testino shoot. These campaign shots are gorgeous, and the styling is so young and easy, it’s beautifully refreshing. Definite case of ‘I want every outfit’ here.

In love with this red Chanel jacket WWD reporter Alessandra Codinha is wearing. I love her teaming of it with tiny little shorts, as it’s one of those pieces that could style old (she said she stole it off her mum). It would smarten up any outfit without actually making it smart, if you know what I mean, so I’d wear it with a high-waisted leather skirt, loose-fitting crop top and little black ankle boots. Doubt I’ll be able to find this exact piece but I’ll be on the lookout for some similar jackets. There’s this McQ blazer, but it’s a little boring – I love the white and black lining on the Chanel jacket.
